Account and gem log

Gem log
The gem log is the full history of your balance. Typical comments:
| Entry | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Registration Reward | One-time sign-up gift. |
| Purchased Custom Kit, Unlocked tier workbench tier, Researched item in tech tree | Spending in the tech tree. |
| Purchased Direct Drop | A direct supply drop from the store. |
| Referral reward, Referee welcome reward | Rewards from referrals. |
| Quest and journey rewards | From quests and the journey. |
Green entries add gems, red entries remove them. If a purchase fails after you were charged (for example a custom kit that could not be set up in game) the gems are refunded and a refund line appears.
Purchase history and active bundles
Purchase History lists what you bought with gems: bundles ("name bundle"), Custom Kit, Direct Drop, supply signals and Tech Tree Research. Overview also lists the bundles you currently hold with a Bundle active label per tier.
Billing history statuses
Billing history is separate from the gem log. It lists money payments (gem packs and pass invoices). A refunded payment shows its refund status; the matching gems are taken back automatically and appear as a gem log line.
