Supporter passes
A monthly pass is a paid subscription that gives you gems every month and perks on the community's servers. Passes are set up by each community, so names, prices and perks differ.
See the passes
Click the gem counter in the top bar. The top of the payment window is Monthly Pass: "Gems every month from the day you subscribe. Change plan or cancel anytime." Each plan card shows name, price in EUR per month, gems per month and a list of advantages. The second plan carries a Best Value tag; your own plan is marked Current.
Subscribe
- Select a plan and click Subscribe - plan.
- You go to Stripe's secure checkout page and pay.
- Back on the site, your Account shows "Payment received - activating your pass...". If the pass takes longer than a minute you are asked to refresh.
Gems are credited with every successful monthly payment. A trial or fully discounted invoice gives no gems.
Manage
Manage subscription (Account or payment window) opens Stripe's customer portal where you update your card, change plan or cancel. You can hold one live pass at a time.
| Pass status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active, renews date | Normal. A renewal reminder email is sent about 3 days before when the platform has an email address for you. |
| Payment overdue | The last payment failed. Update your card in Manage; the pass and its perks remain while overdue. |
| Cancels date | Cancelled; perks last until the end of the paid period. |
| Free pass / Restored pass | Given by community staff: perks, no charge. |
What a pass gives you
- Gems every month (the plan's gem amount).
- In-game perks configured by the community (permission groups).
- A coloured animated avatar frame with the plan icon (Profile).
- Your pass name as chat tag and a Discord role (Discord and chat tags).
- Perks are re-granted automatically after a full or force wipe.
Refunds
A partial refund takes back the matching gems and keeps the pass. A full refund of a pass payment takes back the gems and ends the pass immediately. Staff may then restore or comp the pass.
Kit-tier supporters
Buying a VIP, Gold, Silver or Bronze bundle also makes you a supporter: your highest tier shows as a badge and a metal avatar frame until the next full wipe.
