Legal pages
Every community site has a set of legal pages, linked at the bottom of every page. They are in Français (the version that prevails) and English; use the switch at the top. Print / PDF saves a copy.

Before you pay
The payment window asks you, with boxes that are never pre-ticked:

| Gem pack | An email for your receipt; that you accept the terms of sale (and are an adult or have your guardian's permission); that you want the gems delivered now and lose the right of withdrawal once delivered. |
| Monthly pass | That you accept the terms of sale; that the pass starts now, renews every month until you cancel, and that if you withdraw within 14 days you pay for the part already supplied. |
The receipt sent to your email states what you accepted and the version of the terms. If the terms change while the window is open you are asked to reload.
Sending a request
The forms (report, withdrawal, personal data, cancellation) ask for your name, email and message. After sending you see a reference number: keep it. The community answers by email. The forms accept a few requests per person every 10 minutes.
If a community has not completed its legal details, its pages show the missing fields and its store stays closed.
