Store

The Store sells kits and extras for gems. Everything is delivered in game on the server you pick.

Pick a server first

Stock, ownership and cooldowns are per server. Use the server selector in the top bar (visible on the Store page). If a community has one server it is preselected. The purchase window also has a Deliver to list.

Bundles

A bundle is a group of kits sold together. Tiers are VIP, Gold, Silver and Bronze; communities can also add other bundles. Each card shows the bundle name, description, price in gems, a preview of items (the first 8 per kit, with the total amount you can get per wipe) and Details.

Rules:

Rule	Detail
One of each per wipe	A bundle you hold shows Owned. You can buy it again after the next full wipe.
Per server	You need to buy it for each server you want to use it on.
Resets on full wipe	"All kits are reset on full wipe": buy again after a full wipe.
Price	Fixed by the community in gems.

Buy a bundle

1. Select a server and click the bundle's price button.
2. In the window check the kits: each lists Uses per wipe (for example "x3 per wipe" or "Unlimited uses"), the cooldown between claims and the delay after a wipe.
3. Click the Purchase button (it shows the price). A "Purchase successful!" message confirms.

If you do not have enough gems the window shows the error and an Add Balance button.

Redeem in game

After buying, join the server and type in chat:

• /kit to see the kits available to you, or
• /kit <KIT NAME> to claim one.

Cooldowns and limits

Each kit has these limits, shown in the purchase window and on your Dashboard:

Cooldown	Time between two claims of the same kit	24 hours
Delay after wipe ("Available after wipe")	Time after a wipe before the kit can be claimed	4 hours
Uses per wipe	How many times you can claim it per wipe	0 = unlimited

Communities can change these per kit. Dashboard kit states: Ready, Cooldown (with the time left), Used up, Locked, Server offline.

Extras

Prices are set by the community. If the extra could not be delivered you are not charged.

Troubleshooting

Message	Meaning
You already own this bundle...	You hold it for this wipe. Buy again after the next full wipe.
Insufficient balance	Add gems.
Player has to be connected	Extras are delivered live: join the server first.
You are banned from this server	Bans block store purchases on that server.
No bundles on this server	This server has no store bundles. Try another server.
Kit shows as Cooldown in game	Wait for the time shown; your cooldown is per kit.
