Appearance
Accounts
Users lists every panel account (the people who sign in to the panel), across all communities. Players who only use a community website are not accounts here: they are on the Players page. Every platform role can read the list.
The list
Search by name, email or login. Tabs filter the list: Everyone, Platform staff (with a count), Admins, Support, No platform role, Disabled.
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Account | Avatar, name, email, You chip for yourself, Disabled chip. |
| Platform role | Operator, Platform admin, Support or "None". The operator sees a drop-down on other accounts. |
| Logins | The linked logins (Steam, Discord, email). |
| Communities | Up to three communities with the account's role, and +N. |
| Last login | Time since the last sign-in. |
Platform roles (operator)
The operator changes the Platform role drop-down to No platform role, Platform admin or Support. A confirmation explains the effect:
| Role | Confirmation text |
|---|---|
| Platform admin | Acts as admin in every community and manages most of the platform, except refunds, platform roles and billing. |
| Support | Can read everything, handle bans and moderate players. |
| No platform role | Loses access to the platform area. |
Rules: the operator role is never granted or removed here, and nobody changes their own role or status. See the role table.
Community roles (operator and platform admin)
Community roles opens a dialog to give one account the same role in many communities at once.
- Pick the Role: Viewer (read only), Moderator (players, chat, console), Admin (runs the community) or Remove (takes access away).
- Tick the Communities (search; select all shown).
- Apply. The result lists, per community, added, changed, removed, unchanged, owner (an owner is never changed) or not found.
Community roles stop at admin: ownership only moves through the community's own transfer. Roles inside one community are otherwise managed on that community's Members page.
Disable an account (operator and platform admin)
Disable signs the account out everywhere and blocks sign-in until Enable is used. It is available on every account except the operator and yourself; a platform admin can only disable accounts without a platform role.
Community limit per account
Each account may own up to 3 communities by default. The operator can raise or lower the limit for one account (with a reason). There is no screen for it yet; ask the operator.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| No role drop-down | Only the operator can change platform roles, and not on operators or yourself. |
| Disable missing | The account is the operator or you, or it holds a platform role and you are not the operator. |
| Someone cannot sign in | Check the Disabled chip, then Enable. |
