Members

Members (Community group) lists the people who can use your panel and manages their roles and invitations. Anyone can open the page; only Admins and Owners (members.manage) see logins, last activity and pending invites and can change roles.

Roles

See the table on the overview page. In short: Viewer sees everything and changes nothing; Moderator runs day-to-day moderation (kick, ban, chat, announcements, console read); Admin runs servers and the store and invites moderators and viewers; Owner has full control including billing and managing admins.

The Roles & permissions matrix at the bottom of the page shows, per area, which roles can act and who can grant what. Rules:

• Nobody grants a role equal to or above their own, or changes their own role. Owners are the exception: they can manage everyone, including other owners and admins.
• A community always has at least one owner.
• You leave a community yourself with Leave community on your own row; the last owner cannot leave.

Invite someone

1. Click Invite.
2. Pick a Role: Viewer, Moderator or Admin (Owners cannot be invited; admins invite only moderators and viewers).
3. Optionally enter an Email. With an email the link is sent and only that address can accept it. Without one you share the link yourself.
4. Click Create and send invite / Create invite link, then Copy invite link.

Invite rules:

Rule	Detail
Lifetime	7 days, single use.
Seats	A pending invite holds a member seat of your plan; accepting moves it to a member. A full community shows "This community is full. Ask the owner to upgrade the plan".
Email-bound invites	The invitee must sign in with a matching address (or confirm it is theirs). Otherwise "This invite was sent to ..., which doesn't match your account".

Pending invites lists each with role, who invited, expiry, Copy link, Resend (creates a new link, the old one stops working) and Revoke.

The invitee opens the link, sees "You're invited to community" with role and inviter, signs in (Steam, Discord or email) and clicks Join.

Change or remove a member

Admins and owners use the role control on a member's row (only roles below their own, except owners) and the remove button. Removing takes effect at once (live panel sessions of that member end within about a minute).

Ownership transfer

Ownership moves by transfer to an admin of the community, needing a fresh sign-in (within the last 10 minutes). There is no transfer button on this page at the moment.

Plan limits

Members count against the Members quota of your plan (Free 2, Community 5, Pro 15), pending invites included.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
"This invite doesn't exist"	Replaced by a newer link or mistyped. Ask for a fresh invite.
"This invite has expired"	Invites last 7 days.
Cannot change a role	Your role is not above theirs, or it is your own.
