Kits and bundles
A kit is a loadout of items players claim in game with /kit. A bundle groups kits and is what players buy in the store with gems. The Store pages need the store.kits / store.bundles permissions (Admin) and a plan with the Player store feature.
Kits
Kits lists your kits and, in a separate Custom kit templates section, the template.
Create a kit
Click New kit.
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Name | Unique in the community. The in-game permission is generated from it (kits.<name>). |
| Description | Optional. |
| Use Cooldown (hours) | Time between claims. Default 24 h. |
| Wipe Cooldown (hours) | Time after a wipe before the kit can be claimed. Default 4 h. |
| Max Uses | Claims per wipe; 0 = unlimited. |
| Kit Image | 500 x 550 px. Drop or browse; Upload Now on an existing kit, saved on creation for a new one. |
| Kit Contents | Click a slot to pick an item. Wear (7 slots, wearable items only), Main Items (24), Belt (6). Set the quantity; weapons can carry ammo and attachments. The picker filters by workbench tab and searches all items (shows the first 120). |
| Associated Platform Servers | Tick the platform servers that get the kit. Only platform servers are listed ("Mark a server as Platform first"). Each shows whether the Kits plugin is ready. |
| Active | Inactive kits are not offered. |
Saving pushes the kits to the affected servers automatically (the Kits plugin reloads). Delete Kit removes it everywhere.
A plugin check warns when a chosen server lacks the Kits or ImageLibrary plugin.
Referral kit
Set as Referral Kit makes a kit the one granted by referrals. Only one kit can be the referral kit at a time.
Custom kit template
Players build their own kits in the tech tree. New template creates a settings-only kit (no items, item grid hidden) whose image, use cooldown, wipe cooldown and max uses apply to every custom kit players build on its servers, including custom kits that already exist. Without a template custom kits use the plugin defaults.
Bundles
Bundles lists bundles in store order. Click New Bundle.
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| Name | Unique in the community (for example "VIP Bundle"). |
| Description | Shown on the store card. |
| Price | In gems. |
| Theme Color and Bundle Image | Choose from presets, upload your own, or Browse. |
| Kits in this Bundle | Drag kits from Available Kits into Bundle Contents (or back). Inactive kits are tagged. |
| Platform Servers | Which platform servers show the bundle in the store (Select All). Kits in the bundle automatically inherit these server associations. |
| Active | Inactive bundles are hidden. |
Bundle tiers VIP, Gold, Silver and Bronze are the ones the store sells and that drive supporter frames, chat tags and Discord roles. Reorder bundles by dragging; the order is the store order ("#1", "#2", ...). Delete Bundle removes it and updates the kit associations.
What players see
- A bundle card with price, a preview of items and Owned once bought. One purchase per tier per server per wipe; they buy again after a full wipe if "Clear active bundles" is on (Wipe cleanup).
- In the buy window each kit lists uses per wipe, cooldown and delay after wipe, taken from the values above.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| Bundle not in the store | It is inactive, has no platform server, or the server selector in the store points elsewhere. |
| Kit not claimable in game | Server lacks the Kits plugin, or the kit is not associated with the server. |
| Store menu locked | Your plan does not include the Player store feature (Plan and billing). |
