Activity

Activity (Community group) is the audit log: what your team changed, newest first. It updates by itself while the page is open. Needs the audit.read permission (Admin).

What is recorded

Every change made through the panel is recorded with who, what, when and the outcome. Categories:

billing	Plan and payment changes, passes
security	Logins, linked identities, key rotations
jobs	Retries and cancellations

Failed or denied actions are shown with their outcome. A Support tag marks actions taken by platform support during a support session.

Use it

Control	Detail
Category	Filter by one category.
From / To	Date range.
Clear filters	Resets.
Entry	Initial, who, summary, relative time; click for When, Action, Network (IP prefix only), Access, the Changes table (Field, Before, After) and the request id.
Show older	Loads further pages.
Export CSV	Downloads up to 10,000 rows matching the filters; the export is itself recorded.

Privacy and retention

• IP addresses are stored as a network prefix only (the first 24 bits of IPv4, 48 of IPv6) and user agents as a hash.
• Values of fields named password, secret, token or credentials are replaced with [redacted], and sensitive actions keep field names only.
• Retention follows your plan: Free 30 days, Community 90, Pro 365 (Plan and billing).
