Payouts
Payouts (Billing group) connects your community to Stripe so that money from your players' purchases (gem packs and monthly passes) goes straight to your bank account. Only the Owner can open it (billing.manage).
Stripe handles identity checks and bank details. The platform keeps a percentage of each sale (shown on the page, 5 % by default; a platform setting between 0 and 30 %).
Set up payouts
- Open Payouts. Choose your Country and click Set up payouts; you are redirected to Stripe's onboarding.
- Complete the Stripe form (identity, bank). If you leave early, the page says Finish your Stripe setup and lists what Stripe still needs ("+N more" if long). Click Continue setup.
- When Stripe enables charges the page shows Payouts are on with two status chips: Charges and Payouts (or Payouts pending).
- Open Stripe dashboard shows your balance, payouts and disputes.
If Stripe pauses the account, the page says "Stripe paused this account" with the reason.
Test mode: when the platform runs payouts in test, the page shows Test mode: no real money moves.
Store readiness
Your store opens only when both are done:

The page links to Open Legal details. Players' payments are direct charges on your Stripe account; refunds, disputes and subscription invoices are settled there too.
Special cases

If you disconnect your Stripe account from the Stripe side, the store closes.
Troubleshooting
