Players

Two places list players: the community-wide Players page and the Players tab of each server.

Community players page

Players (Servers group) lists everyone who has played on your servers. Needs the players.read permission (Moderator).

Feature	Detail
Search	By name or Steam ID.
Filters	All, Active, Blocked, Connected (signed in on the website in the last 15 minutes), Playing (on a game server now, with the server name), Supporters, Website users.
Columns	User (name, supporter and Discord-linked icons, bans count), Balance (gems), Active Bundles, Last Login.
Paging	50 per page, sortable.

Players who only signed in on the website but never played are not listed.

Player detail

Click a player (their Steam ID is the key):

Block	Content
Header	Name, status (Active or Blocked), Steam ID, gems, last login, member since, link to the Public profile.
Journey	Current level, objectives and the list of finished levels with Claimed or To claim.
Quests this period and Quest history	Progress and completed quests (last 50).
Gem Log, Purchase History, Billing	The same lists the player sees in their account.
Kit Activity	Kit events per server.
Gems adjustment	Amount (for example 500 or -200) and Reason, Apply. Platform staff only; appears in the player's gem log.
Server bans	Current bans. Add one: choose a Server, For how long and a Reason (optional), then Ban from server. Needs players.moderate (Moderator).
Block / Unblock	Blocks the player from the website (confirm dialog). Needs players.moderate.
Active bundles	The tier and server of each bundle held.

Deleting an account is a platform operator action.

Server Players tab

Live list of one server, refreshed every 30 seconds while the tab is visible. Filter Online, Offline or All, and search by name or Steam ID.

Column	Meaning
Name	With an AFK tag when idle.
Playtime	Time on this server, current wipe.
Status / Last Seen	Connected time, or last seen for offline players.
Ping, Health	For online players.

Click a player for details: Steam profile link, Location (country and city from the IP), playtime, health, ping. Actions (online players):

Action	Role	Detail
Give Items	Admin	Search an item, set Qty, Give. Each line shows success or Retry.
Teleport	Moderator	Teleports you to the player.
Kick, Ban	Moderator	Dialog with Reason and confirm.
Give All (toolbar)	Admin	Gives items to all online players; shows a report of failures with Retry All.

All actions go through RCON, so they need the server online.

Stats

The server's Stats tab charts player count and busy hours: see Servers and dashboard.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Fix
Player missing from the list	They never played on a server of this community.
Give fails	The server is offline or the player is not connected.
Ban did not stop store purchases	Bans are per server; the player is blocked from buying on that server only.
